WHY THIS NOTICE

This page outlines the procedures for managing the site with reference to the processing of personal data of users who access it for consultation.

In addition, the information notice is based on Recommendation No. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, brought together in the Group established by art. 29 of EC Directive no. 95/46/CE, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify a number of minimum requirements for on-line collection of personal data and, specifically, for the procedures, time periods and the nature of the information that the data controller must provide to the users when they access web pages, independently of the purposes of access.

COOKIES

No personal data relating to users is acquired by the site.

Cookies are not used for the transmission of information of a personal nature. No persistent cookies of any type, or systems for tracing users, are used.

The use of session cookies (that are not permanently stored in the user’s computer and disappear when closing the browser) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identification data (represented by random numbers generated by the server), which is necessary for a safe and efficient exploration of the site.

The session cookies used in this site avoid making use of other data processing technologies that may potentially affect the confidentiality of users’ surfing activities and do not permit the acquisition of personal data that identifies the user.

VOLUNTARY PROVISION OF DATA
